Longevity panel cost: individual tests vs Function Health

What do the standard "longevity panel" blood tests cost if you buy them one by one? We added up the lowest prices at the sellers we track (checked Oct 20, 2026) for two sets of tests, and set them next to Function Health's membership as Function Health describes it on its website (checked Oct 20, 2026).

"Per test, added up" uses each test's lowest listed total, which may be at different sellers and can mean separate orders, fees and blood draws. "Single seller" is one seller that lists every test in the set, with a per-order fee counted once where the seller says it is charged per order (once per lab visit where tests go to different labs). Shipping, tax and any draw fees not listed on the product page are not included.

Function Health column: as listed on its biomarker category pages under "Included in membership" (checked Oct 20, 2026). "Twice a year" means the page marks the marker as tested twice a year.

How the two approaches differ

Function Health describes its membership as "$365 first-year membership" that "includes full access to 160+ lab tests", "charged annually at $365", with "testing 2x/year and on-demand". It says the membership "renews at then-current price", that it is offered "in all states except New York and New Jersey", and that memberships include "clinician review, and a personalized action plan". Some tests, such as cystatin C and the celiac antibody test, are listed as add-ons.

Buying tests individually means paying only for the tests you choose, each time you order them; the totals above are for one round of testing. Who can order, state limits and what is included vary by seller: see the notes on each test's price table. Results go to you, and some sellers offer a results review (see each table's notes).

This page compares listed prices and published descriptions only. It does not say which option is better for anyone, or whether to test at all; talk with a clinician about that.
