Open price data
Every price listing on HealthspanPrices as a file you can download, reuse and cite: 215 posted prices for 23 lab tests from 25 sellers, last checked Oct 23, 2026.
Files
- prices.csv: one row per listing (spreadsheet-friendly)
- prices.json: the same rows as JSON, with field notes
- llms-full.txt: all price tables and evidence summaries in one Markdown file (also indexed at llms.txt)
Updated weekly when prices are re-checked.
Fields
- test, test_name: the test (its page is /tests/<test>/)
- seller, product, url: who sells it and the product page the price was read from
- price, fee, fee_label, total: in USD; total = price + fees the seller lists on the product page. Shipping and tax are not included unless the notes say so
- access: who can order (self-order, members only, clinic patients only, practitioner-ordered)
- notes: state limits, what is included, near-match products
- checked, read: the date the price was read, and whether it was read automatically or by hand

The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0: credit "HealthspanPrices (healthspanprices.com)" and link the test page or this page. Prices change; please quote the checked date. Prices are not verified with sellers and nothing here is medical advice; see Transparency.
