HealthspanPrices is an independent price-comparison site. The people who run it are not doctors, pharmacists, nurses or laboratory scientists, and we do not provide medical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to order, skip or interpret any test. Talk with a qualified clinician about whether a test is right for you and what a result means.

Our evidence summaries are not verified by specialists

The evidence levels and summaries on test pages and guides are written by our team from published clinical guidelines, systematic reviews and professional-society statements, which we link so you can read them yourself. They are not reviewed, checked or approved by medical or laboratory specialists. We may misread a source, miss newer evidence, or summarize it too briefly. Treat them as a starting point for your own reading and a conversation with a clinician, not as an expert opinion.

• A tier is published only when we can cite a source we have read; otherwise the test says "Not yet reviewed".
• Quotes are checked against the source on the date shown; guidelines change after that.
• Spotted a mistake? Tell us and we will correct it.

Our price data is not verified with sellers

Prices are copied from each seller's public product page, by an automated check or by hand, on the date shown. We do not confirm them with sellers, and we don't see checkout, so shipping, tax, blood-draw fees, state limits and sales may differ from what we show. How we make money

Some links on HealthspanPrices may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, the seller may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. As of Oct 21, 2026, we have not joined any affiliate programs; all links are plain links.

Our rules

• Price tables are always sorted by total listed price, lowest first. Commissions never change the order.
• We list sellers whether or not they pay us.
• Evidence levels are based only on published sources, never on whether a test earns a commission.
• Affiliate links will be marked once they exist.
