Privacy policy

The short version

• You can browse every page without an account, and we don't set any cookies of our own.
• We have no ads and no ad or social-media tracking pixels.
• If you use the contact form, we store your message and email it to ourselves so we can act on it and reply.
• We don't sell or rent personal information.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics script on this site. Our host (below) shows us aggregate traffic totals, such as number of requests and countries, not individual visitors.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type (for example the test, seller, price, link, note, your name, company and email address if you give them) plus:

• a one-way hash of your IP address (used for a limit of 5 messages per hour; the counter expires within about 2 hours),
• your country as detected by Cloudflare, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page.

The message is stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage (Cloudflare Workers KV) and emailed to our inbox through Cloudflare's email service. We use it only to correct prices, review listing requests and reply to you. Email is optional for price corrections. We keep messages until we no longer need them; email us to ask us to delete yours.

Bot check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs only on the contact page and collects browser and device signals for that purpose. See the Turnstile privacy notice.

Email

Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing and handled the same way as form messages.

Links to sellers

Price tables link to sellers' own websites. Once you click through, the seller's privacy policy and cookies apply. Some links may become affiliate links in the future (see our affiliate disclosure); an affiliate link lets the seller or an affiliate network set a cookie on its own site to credit us for a sale. We don't receive your purchase details beyond what the program reports to us.

Price alerts

Email price alerts are not open yet, and we don't collect email addresses for them. We will update this page before they launch.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
